Release Of Liability

By using the services provided by Luxe and affiliated Luxury Picnic Service, you and your party agree that Luxe Picnic Service, vendors,  staff and partners, cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from your, or your party’s, involvement in our events or services. You hereby acknowledge that you and your party’s use of our services involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party’s participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Luxe Picnic Service and engage in associated activities with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Luxe Picnic Service for personal injury, illness, death and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment.

A booking deposit of no less than $100.00 must be provided to secure your booking. The deposit must be received 7 days prior to your picnic date.  Should you opt for a rental of our Bose PA system, an additional $200 deposit will be required for a sum of $300.00. 

Luxe Picnic Service requires this refundable damage deposit for each booking in case of damage, loss, or theft during a picnic. During your picnic, you are responsible for all of the items provided. In the case of damage, loss, or theft, the value of replacing, repairing, or deep cleaning will be deducted from the amount.

The damage deposit will be returned in full within 48 hours of the end of the event if no damage or loss has been incurred on used equipment and no deep cleaning is required for any of the equipment.

If the damage of loss supersedes the deposit, you will additionally be charged with the full retail cost of the item(s) in question.

It is entirely your responsibility for the food you select. We make no guarantees that the food provided is from a nut free facility. 

When you make your booking please provide details of any food allergies or specific dietary requests 7 days prior to your picnic date, and we will forward that information to our vendor. A small fee may be incurred for substitutions.
